*Candidates who pay their tuition fees via online registration must submit the registration documents published in our guide when the academic year/semester begins.

8. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR REGISTRATION:

8.1. The original High School Diploma and its Turkish translation approved by a notary or a Turkish Foreign Representation (Embassy/Consulate),

8.2. The original Transcript (Grade Report) and its Turkish translation approved by a notary or a Turkish Foreign Representation (Embassy/Consulate), (Document showing the secondary education grade point average)

8.3. Exam Result Document, (The exam result used in the placement process)

According to our University's Directive on the Admission of Foreign Students, no document other than the Turkish Proficiency Exam Result document issued by the Yunus Emre Institute is accepted. Application must be made to the exam held by BAÜN TÖMER.

8.5. Passport-size photographs (6 copies)

8.6. Approved photocopy of the Passport and the Turkish translation of the passport approved by a notary or a Turkish Foreign Representation (Embassy/Consulate),

8.7. For candidates who have gained the right to register as Dual Nationals, a "Detailed Marital/Vital Status Population Registration Sample" (Ayrıntılı Vukuatlı Nüfus Kayıt Örneği) obtained from the civil registry offices, which proves they were foreign nationals by birth and subsequently acquired Turkish citizenship (i.e., proving dual nationality). (A regular Vukuatlı Nüfus Kayıt Örneği [Marital/Vital Status Population Registration Sample] will not be accepted.)

8.8. For candidates applying with a Blue Card, a photocopy of their Blue Card or the document stating they have renounced their citizenship.

8.9. Approved copy of the Residence Permit obtained for educational purposes, (must be submitted to the student affairs office of the registered school within one month from the date of registration.) Click for Residence Procedures.

8.10. Document showing that the candidate possesses sufficient financial means to cover their expenses during their studies in our country, View Document.
