Our students whose course registration has been approved in the active semester are required to request the following via the Student Information System (OBS) with an electronic signature:
Student Certificate (Turkish or English - Can be obtained by students with active course registration)
Transcript Document (Turkish or English)
Discipline Status Document

Students who request an electronically signed document via OBS can view the document and use it by printing it, after seeing the word “Approved” next to the document in OBS and clicking the “Show Document” button.
Furthermore, our students can obtain their Student Certificate and Transcript Document via E-Devlet (e-Government) by logging in to the E-Devlet gateway with their E-Devlet passwords.
For the document stating that you have not previously completed a lateral transfer under the Additional Article-1 (Central Transfer) scope: Fill out and sign the petition below, and send it by e-mail to edremit@balikesir.edu.tr – or personally visit our Vocational School to sign it.
