Spring Semester Social Transcript Commission Meeting Held

The Social Transcript Commission Meeting was held at Edremit Vocational School with the participation of Department Heads and Academic Advisors to evaluate the Social Transcript activities conducted within the scope of the 2025-2026 Academic Year Spring Semester.

During the meeting, evaluation processes for the application documents, certificates of participation, certificates of appreciation, and other supporting documentation that students will upload to the Social Transcript system by the end of the semester were discussed. Additionally, the roadmap to be followed regarding informing students about the application process, making the necessary announcements, and ensuring the smooth execution of applications was addressed.

The duties and responsibilities to be undertaken by department heads and academic advisors in the process were also evaluated to effectively implement the Social Transcript application, which ensures that our students' social, cultural, sports, and volunteer activities are recorded.

Held ahead of the evaluations to be conducted at the end of the spring semester, the meeting concluded after the exchange of views and suggestions.
