In Balıkesir, one of the pioneering cities in our country's struggle for independence and future, the Speaker of the Turkish Grand National Assembly, Mr. Numan KURTULMUŞ, met with academics and students at the Balıkesir University 2025-2026 Academic Year Opening Program and delivered the inaugural lecture titled "The Search for Global Justice."
