An Institutional Operation Evaluation Meeting Held at Edremit Vocational School

An administrative staff meeting was held at Edremit Vocational School to evaluate institutional functioning and review ongoing activities. Chaired by the School Director, Prof. Dr. Selami SELVİ, the meeting was attended by Vice Director Lecturer Mehmet ALGİL, School Secretary Ferhat GÜNDÜZ, and the administrative staff.

During the meeting, topics such as the current administrative operations of the vocational school, strengthening coordination among departments, student affairs processes, tasks to continue during the summer period, and the efficient execution of institutional activities were discussed. Furthermore, while the work carried out throughout the year was evaluated, views were exchanged regarding plans and targets for the upcoming period.

One of the major agenda items of the meeting was the quality and accreditation efforts conducted at our vocational school. Within this scope, ongoing program-based accreditation processes, self-evaluation reports, the preparation of evidence, and efforts toward strengthening the institutional quality culture were assessed. It was emphasized that the accreditation process can achieve success not only with the involvement of academic staff but also through the contribution and support of administrative staff, highlighting the importance of active participation by all units in these processes.

Speaking at the meeting, Director Prof. Dr. Selami SELVİ stated that the administrative staff plays a vital role in the institutional development of the school and in enhancing service quality, and he thanked all personnel for their dedicated work.

The meeting concluded after receiving the views and suggestions of the administrative staff.
