Academic and Administrative Staff Meeting Held Within the Scope of Accreditation Processes at Edremit Vocational School

At Edremit Vocational School, a meeting was held to evaluate the duties and responsibilities of academic and administrative staff within the scope of the MEDEK accreditation process. Chaired by the Director of the Vocational School, Prof. Dr. Gülşen AYDIN KESKİN, the meeting was attended by the academic and administrative personnel of the school.

During the meeting, discussions focused on conducting activities related to student affairs, personnel matters, official correspondence, corporate email processes, document and record management, and quality assurance systems in an effective and sustainable manner in accordance with MEDEK criteria. Furthermore, evaluations were made regarding the preparation of required evidence for the accreditation process, ensuring complete documentation, archiving procedures, and strengthening coordination between units.

Emphasis was placed on the vital contribution of units to the accreditation process, and views were exchanged on planning activities aligned with MEDEK standards and maintaining these processes systematically. Consequently, applications aimed at contributing to the vocational school’s quality assurance and continuous improvement vision were thoroughly evaluated.
