Transfer Applications Within the Scope of Amnesty Law No. 7592

1. "Students who re-register at their former higher education institution under Law No. 7592 may apply for a lateral transfer to an identical or different diploma program, provided that their ÖSYS/YKS/DGS score is equal to or higher than the base score of that program for the corresponding enrollment year." In the execution of this provision:

   1. Lateral transfer applications can be submitted for the programs announced under the relevant Amnesty Law.

   2. The program to which the student wishes to transfer must have been accepting students in the corresponding year, and the student's entry score must be equal to or higher than the base score of that program for the same score type in that year.

   3. The evaluation formula for these lateral transfer applications is as follows:

      Evaluation Score =       {Student's Score in the Year of Entry}

   4. The evaluation, admission, and registration procedures for lateral transfer applications to associate and undergraduate degree programs under the Amnesty Law will be conducted by the relevant academic unit.
