Students Graduating on 27.02.2026 in the 2025 - 2026 Academic Year

tudents who graduated on 27.02.2026 must check their graduation status through the E-Devlet system, complete the necessary documents for graduation, and apply to our School of Higher Education's Student Affairs Office to receive their Associate Degree Diplomas.

• 3 PHOTOGRAPHS

• 2 COPIES OF IDENTITY CARD (NÜFUS CÜZDANI)

• STUDENT ID CARD

  • (Students who have lost their Student ID Card must submit a petition stating the loss and the loss advertisement they published in the newspaper.)

• IN CASE STUDENTS CANNOT PERSONALLY ATTEND the graduation certificate application process, they may authorize another person via a POWER OF ATTORNEY (VEKALET). The authorized person must submit:

  • A copy of the authorized person's Identity Card and the original Power of Attorney document to apply for graduation.
