Scholarship and Loan Applications Have Started for the 2026–2027 Academic Year
Deadline for Applications: October 16
Applications, which began on Monday, October 12, will close on Friday, October 16 at 23:59. Students can update their application details until the deadline.
Who can apply?
Students enrolling in a higher education program for the first time in the 2026–2027 academic year,
Continuing (intermediate stage) students,
Turkish citizens studying abroad at the higher education level.
Key Points to Consider During Application
Applications will be processed based on the education/student details listed on e-Devlet (e-Government portal), so it is crucial for students to verify this information.
Scholarship and loan applications submitted with incorrect or incomplete educational data will be deemed invalid. Students with errors in their records must contact their university's Student Affairs office to correct their information.
