The evaluation results for lateral transfer applications (Inter-institutional and Intra-institutional) to the associate degree programs of our Vocational School for the Fall Semester of the 2026-2027 Academic Year are announced below.

*Accepted students must apply in person to our Vocational School Registrar's Office between September 02-04, 2026, with the required documents for final registration.

Final registrations must be made in person; applications submitted by post or courier will not be accepted.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR FINAL REGISTRATION: Additional Article 1 (Central Placement Score)

1- Petition (Click here for the sample petition)

2- Student Certificate (certified by the university where the candidate is currently enrolled)

3- Copy of National ID Card

4- Transcript (An official document obtained from the student's current institution showing all courses taken and grades received. Transcripts with a verification code indicating a valid website address are accepted.)

5- YKS Result Document (internet printout) belonging to the year the candidate registered at their current university/program

6- Document indicating no disciplinary action taken (can be stated on the transcript or student certificate)

7- Two 4.5 cm x 6 cm photos

8- Military Status Certificate (can be obtained via e-Devlet)

9- Document stating there is no impediment to lateral transfer (to be obtained from the enrolled University)

10- Student ID Card from the previous University

NOTE: The student is responsible for the authenticity of the documents submitted and the accuracy of the statements provided. The registration of those found to have submitted false or misleading information will be cancelled.
