Information on the Recognition of Non-formal and Informal Prior Learning

📅 Application Period: Applications can be made only once at the beginning of each academic year, within the course registration week. Applications not submitted on time will not be accepted.

🗂️ Application Requirements: The application must be submitted in person to the head of the relevant department/major. Applied courses such as laboratory work, projects, or theses are not covered under this scope. Applications must be supported by tangible evidence such as a portfolio, certificate, project output, or work experience. The total ECTS of the recognized courses cannot exceed 10% of the program's total ECTS.

🧾 Examination and Evaluation: Exemption exams are held once a year within the first two weeks from the start of the courses. Results are announced on the website of the relevant academic unit. Objections to the results may be filed within 3 business days.
