GSB Scholarship and Student Loan Application Results Announced
The application results for the GSB Scholarship and Student Loan for the 2025-2026 academic year have been announced. Students who are entitled to receive the GSB Scholarship and Student Loan must approve their commitment letters via e-Devlet (e-Government) by 23:59 on November 9 at the latest.
The application results for the GSB Scholarship and Student Loan, paid by the General Directorate of Credit and Hostels (KYK) under the Ministry of Youth and Sports (GSB) to provide financial support to higher education students, have been announced.
Minister of Youth and Sports Dr. Osman Aşkın Bak announced on his social media account that the application results for the Higher Education GSB Scholarship and Student Loan for the 2025-2026 academic year have been released.
Students who have earned the right to a scholarship and student loan must approve their commitment letters via e-Devlet by 23:59 on Sunday, November 9, at the latest.
Students Under 18
Students between the ages of 15 and 18 who have been allocated a scholarship/loan must first have their parent or guardian give consent via their own e-Devlet (e-Government) account, and then the student must approve the commitment letter using their own e-Devlet password.
Students under the age of 15 or those whose parents are deceased can go to the nearest Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports or Hostel Directorate with their legal guardian and their documents (ID, guardianship decision, etc.) to have their commitment letters approved.
Students Studying Abroad
The commitment letter approval period for students studying abroad will end at 23:59 on Sunday, November 16.
Following the approval of the commitment letter, these students must arrange for a suretyship letter (kefaletname) through a guarantor residing in Türkiye.
Students have until Sunday, November 30, for the suretyship procedures carried out by notaries in Türkiye. The suretyship letters, which are checked via the Notary Information System (NBS), do not need to be physically submitted.
