Fall Semester Excuse Examinations (for those who could not attend the mid-term exams due to a valid excuse)

During the Fall Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year;

Make-up Examinations (Excuse Examinations) for students who could not attend the mid-term exams due to valid excuses recognized by the Vocational School Executive Board will be held face-to-face during class hours between December 08 and 12, 2025.

The list of students eligible to take the Make-up Examination will be announced on the website. Please follow the announcements made on our website.

Students who wish to apply for the right to take a make-up examination must personally submit their petition for a make-up examination (along with the document proving their excuse attached) to the Vocational School Student Affairs Office by the end of work hours on November 28, 2025.

Medical reports must be obtained from Public Health Centers (Sağlık Ocakları), Family Physicians, or healthcare institutions operating as Hospitals. (Reports provided by healthcare facilities operating under labels such as private clinics (Muayenehane), health centers, or medical centers are not accepted.)

Applications made without filling out the make-up exam petition and without attaching the document proving the excuse will not be taken into consideration.
