Dabis Information System for University Students

The Counselor Information System (DABİS), carried out for university students by the Department of Job and Vocational Counseling of the General Directorate of the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) under the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, has been integrated into the İŞKUR Mobile and İŞKUR e-Branch applications as of 2026, following recent enhancements. Thanks to this integration, the system has been opened to direct access for students, graduates, parents, and all citizens.
