Course Registration for the Fall Semester of the 2026–2027 Academic Year (1st and 2nd Year Students)
COURSE REGISTRATION FOR THE FALL SEMESTER OF THE 2026–2027 ACADEMIC YEAR FOR OUR VOCATIONAL SCHOOL WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLINE VIA THE STUDENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (OBS) BETWEEN SEPTEMBER 09–11, 2026. (Tuition fee payments can be made starting from September 01.)

1st Year Students: First-year students will not complete their course registration in the Student Information System (OBS). Their course registrations will be handled by their academic advisors for the Fall semester only. In subsequent semesters, course selection will be carried out by the students themselves. Students enrolled in a second university program (Open Education, etc.) are required to pay the tuition fee of 707.00 TRY to Halkbank using their Student ID numbers within the specified dates above. Students in this situation can retrieve their Student ID numbers by logging into the OBS system with their e-Devlet credentials.
2nd Year Students: Second-year students must complete their course registration for the Fall Semester of the 2026–2027 Academic Year online via OBS between September 09–11, 2026. First-education (daytime) students who have not exceeded their regular program duration are exempt from paying tuition fees. Students in extended years (overtime) and Second-education (evening) students must pay their tuition fees to Halkbank using their Student ID numbers within the specified dates above. (Students enrolled in Open Education programs are also required to pay 707.00 TRY.)

SEPTEMBER 09–13, 2026: ADVISOR APPROVAL PERIOD.
SEPTEMBER 14–15, 2026: ADD/DROP PERIOD (Under the authorization of the academic advisor).
STUDENTS WHOSE COURSE SELECTIONS ARE NOT APPROVED MUST CONTACT THEIR ACADEMIC ADVISORS WITHIN THESE DATES TO GET THEIR COURSES APPROVED.
NOTE: Face-to-face instruction for the Fall Semester of the 2026–2027 Academic Year will commence on September 14, 2026. The course schedule will be announced on our website.
