Career and Competency Meetings

Within the scope of the "National Competency Initiative" Project—launched during the Defence Industry Executive Committee (SSİK) meeting on August 6, 2024, as part of the efforts by the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye, Secretariat of Defence Industries to determine, disseminate, and ensure the sustainability of human resource competencies required for developing products and systems that will reinforce our country's technological superiority—the "Career and Competency Meetings" have reached over 69,000 viewers in their first two programs.

These online live broadcast events offer early-career opportunities such as career-oriented sessions aligned with the talent management model, inspiring talks, expert speakers, and surprise rewards like technical tours to support the employability of students.

The third edition of the "Career and Competency Meetings" will be broadcasted on March 11, 2026, from 09:30 to 16:00 at https://yetkinlikbulusmalari.ssa.gov.tr, and the website is currently active for viewer registration.
