2025-2026 Meal/Food Scholarship Applications Have Started
2025-2026 ACADEMIC YEAR MEAL SCHOLARSHIP GUIDE
During the 2025-2026 Academic Year, students with low-income levels studying at our University will be provided with one free meal per day at the University cafeteria. Meal scholarship applications will be accepted between October 6, 2025 – October 17, 2025.

Students who wish to benefit from the Meal Scholarship must apply via the following address:
They can submit their meal scholarship applications by answering the meal scholarship questions under the Scholarship Module → Scholarship Application tab.
After clicking the "Scholarship Application" button, the student must answer the questions related to themselves. If a selected item contains the phrase "Select File", the required documents must be uploaded.
You complete your application by clicking the "Submit Application" button after ensuring the accuracy of all information. No changes can be made after the application is submitted.
It is important to prepare the following documents in digital format (PDF format) before applying to ensure a faster and smoother application process.

If you live in provinces affected by the Kahramanmaraş-centered disaster that occurred on February 6, 2023, a document obtained from e-Devlet showing the damage status related to the impact on your residence.
Students Who Can Directly Benefit from the Meal Scholarship
The students listed below can directly benefit from the meal scholarship upon request, without being subject to announcement and evaluation:
a) Students who can document that they are National Athletes and are not receiving any other scholarship from the Ministry of Youth and Sports. b) Students with a disability of 40% or more, provided they document it with a health report. c) Students who can document that their mother, father, or sibling is a martyr or a veteran. ç) Students who have achieved first place in international/national science, culture, arts, and sports competitions on behalf of the University.
Evaluation of the Meal Scholarship Application
Applications will be evaluated by considering the student's family information, residence status, income level, academic achievement, number of siblings studying, being a martyr/veteran relative, disability status, achievements in competitions attended on behalf of the University, other scholarships and credits received, and similar situations.
The scholarships of main candidates who do not benefit from the meal scholarship at all within the first month from the start date of the scholarship, use less than fifty percent of the meal scholarship in one semester, or misuse the meal scholarship (allowing someone else to benefit, etc.) will be terminated.
Form and Duration of the Meal Scholarship
Students who are eligible to receive the meal scholarship can benefit from it until the end of the academic calendar.
The meal scholarship is provided as free lunch/dinner for students, consisting of one meal per day.
The meal scholarship ends if the student status terminates.
The form and duration of the meal scholarship may be changed by the University Administrative Board.
