REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR FINAL ENROLLMENT: Merit-Based Lateral Transfer
Student Certificate: (Certified/approved by the university where the candidate is currently enrolled).
Photocopy of National ID Card.
Transcript of Records: (An official document from the current institution showing all completed courses and grades. Transcripts with a verification code and web address for authentication are accepted).
YKS Result Certificate: (Internet printout) for the year the candidate was admitted to their current university/program.
Non-Disciplinary Certificate: (A document stating that the student has no disciplinary record; this may be indicated on the transcript or student certificate).
2 Photographs: (Size: 4.5 cm x 6 cm).
Military Service Status Certificate: (Proof of no military service obligation; can be obtained via E-Government/e-Devlet).
Clearance Certificate for Lateral Transfer: (A document from the current university stating that there is no obstacle to the student's lateral transfer).
Student ID Card: Issued by the previous university.
NOTE: The student is solely responsible for the authenticity of the submitted documents and the accuracy of the declarations. The enrollment of those found to have provided false or misleading information will be revoked.
