        REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR FINAL ENROLLMENT: Additional Article 1 (Central Placement Score)

        1. Student Certificate: (Certified/approved by the university where the candidate is currently enrolled).

        2. Photocopy of National ID Card.

        3. Transcript of Records: (An official document from the current institution showing all courses taken and grades received. Transcripts with a verification code and web address for authentication are accepted).

        4. YKS Result Certificate: (Internet printout) for the year the candidate was admitted to their current university/program.

        5. Non-Disciplinary Certificate: (A document stating that the student has no disciplinary record; this may be indicated on the transcript or student certificate).

        6. 2 Photographs: (Size: 4.5 cm x 6 cm).

        7. Military Service Status Certificate: (Proof of no military service obligation; can be obtained via E-Government/e-Devlet).

        8. Letter of Undertaking: (A formal declaration stating that the student has not previously utilized "Additional Article 1" for a lateral transfer based on Central Placement Scores).

        9. Clearance Certificate for Lateral Transfer: (An official document from the current university stating there is no obstacle to the student's transfer).

        10. Student ID Card: Issued by the previous/current university.

        NOTE: The student is solely responsible for the authenticity of the submitted documents and the accuracy of the statements provided. The enrollment of individuals found to have provided false or misleading information will be cancelled/revoked.
