2025-2026 Academic Year Spring Semester Course Registration (1st and 2nd Year Students)
Our Vocational School's course registrations for the 2025-2026 Spring Semester will be conducted online via the Student Information System (OBS) between February 11 - 14, 2026. (Tuition and fee payments will start as of January 26).
Registration Details for 1st and 2nd Year Students
1st and 2nd Year Students must complete their course registrations through the OBS (Student Information System) between February 11 - 14, 2026.
Dual Enrollment: Students enrolled in a second university (Open Education, etc.) must pay the contribution fee of 589.50 TL to Halkbank using their Student ID numbers within the specified dates.
Regular Students: Full-time (First Education) students who have not exceeded their program duration are exempt from tuition fees.
Evening Education and Extended Duration Students: Students in evening programs or those who have exceeded their normal graduation period must pay their tuition fees at Halkbank using their Student ID numbers. (This includes students also enrolled in Open Education, who must pay 589.50 TL).
Important Dates and Academic Procedures
Advisor Approval: February 11 – 15, 2026.
Add/Drop Period: February 16 – 17, 2026 (Under advisor supervision).
Mandatory Confirmation: Students whose courses have not been approved must contact their academic advisors within these dates to finalize their registration.
NOTE: Face-to-face education for the 2025-2026 Spring Semester will commence on February 16, 2026. The weekly course schedules will be announced on our official website.
